Store operator and agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and CAMPBELL & SON ROOFING LTD, trading as Seamguard, at Unit 3A, The Old Sawmill, Inverness, Scotland, IV3 8JG, United Kingdom. By ordering or using the store, you accept these terms together with the policies linked in the footer.
Physical goods and product information
We sell consumer roof and gutter maintenance consumables and dedicated small tools. Photographs are practical product representations; colour, surface finish, packaging and stated coverage may vary by batch, surface condition, application thickness and weather. The delivered product and its label take priority.
Goods support temporary or preventive maintenance. We do not promise a permanent leak repair, complete moss removal, a fixed waterproof lifetime or structural performance.
Orders, prices and payment
All prices and checkout charges are in USD. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we issue an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order for stock error, destination restriction, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error or inability to transport an item lawfully.
Stripe or PayPal processes payment details. We do not hold full card numbers. You authorise the selected provider to charge the displayed total, including any recurring Club amount.
Seamguard Club subscriptions
Care Club is $12 monthly or $115 yearly. Care Studio is $42 monthly or $403 yearly and includes a quarterly shipment of seasonal physical consumables. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. There are no points, stored-value balances or rollover entitlements.
Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Benefits remain active through the paid term. A quarterly box already dispatched is subject to the physical-goods policies and is not refundable solely because membership was later cancelled.
Safe application and chemical care
Use products only from ground level, with a suitable long pole or with properly protected access. Do not climb onto a roof or improvise access. Serious leaks, unsupported materials, repeated water ingress and structural movement require professional inspection.
Sealants, coatings and cleaners require ventilation, gloves and eye protection; keep them away from children and pets; follow the label; never mix chemical products; and protect planting, drainage, electrical equipment and bystanders. These are domestic consumer products, not industrial hazardous materials.
Surface suitability and results
You are responsible for checking that a surface is clean, sound, dry, compatible and non-load-bearing before applying stick-on tape, adhesive, sealant or coating. Weather, substrate, preparation and technique affect results. Spot-test cleaners and coatings. Stop if the material is cracked, unstable or unexpectedly discoloured.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that boundary, we are not responsible for avoidable loss caused by unsafe access, ignoring labels, mixing products, unsuitable substrates, structural defects or use outside the described domestic maintenance purpose.
Our total contractual liability for a product claim is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss connected with the affected order, subject always to mandatory law.
Age requirements
Children under 13 may not use the store. A user aged 13–17 needs guardian consent, and the guardian should supervise any order. Chemical products must be selected, stored and applied by an adult.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer protection of your home country continues to apply. Courts with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
