01How do I choose a kit?
Use the Roof Care Finder for a rules-based match by problem, reach, urgency and budget. It returns a main kit, companion and safety note.
02Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide standard delivery where the item can legally be transported. Some liquid or chemical items may use ground transport or be unavailable for a destination.
03When is shipping free?
Standard worldwide shipping is free from $75. Paid Club members receive free standard shipping while membership is active.
04Can I return a chemical item?
An unopened chemical item can be requested for return within the applicable window. Opened chemical goods cannot be returned for safety reasons unless faulty or required by law.
05Is a care kit a permanent roof repair?
No. These products support temporary or preventive care and do not replace professional inspection of serious leaks, unstable materials or structural damage.
06How do I get order help?
Email support@campbellrooff.shop with the order reference from your payment receipt. Never send full card details.
