Return window
Request a standard return within 30 days after delivery. Active Care Club and Care Studio members have 60 days. Mandatory cancellation or consumer rights that apply in your country are not reduced by these windows.
Return condition
Tools, sealed kits and unused consumables must be complete, reasonably protected and returned with included parts. Opened sealants, adhesives, cleaners, moss treatments and coatings cannot be returned for change of mind because safe resale cannot be confirmed. Unopened chemical goods may be returned when carriage permits.
Do not post a leaking, punctured or unsafe container. Contact support for safe instructions.
How to start a return
- Email support@campbellrooff.shop within the window with order reference, item and reason.
- Wait for the return address, carrier method and any safety instruction.
- Pack all parts securely and remove old carriage labels.
- Keep the return receipt until the refund is confirmed.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return carriage unless mandatory law says otherwise. For a verified faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we provide or reimburse reasonable approved carriage. Unauthorised premium or dangerous-goods shipping is not reimbursed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Photograph the external parcel, label, contents and damage before disposal. We may offer replacement, repair where suitable, partial refund or full refund according to the fault and your statutory rights. Product performance affected by unsuitable substrate, missed preparation, weather outside instructions or unsafe use is not automatically a defect.
Bundles and quarterly shipments
A complete bundle should be returned together. If a separable unopened component is accepted, any refund reflects that component rather than the full bundle discount. A Care Studio quarterly shipment already dispatched follows these physical-goods rules and is not returnable merely because the membership is later cancelled.
